We’ll see the best in human nature after Mother Nature does her worst. This hardly makes up for the misery that Hurricane Ida churns up along the Northern Gulf Coast, but it’ll remind us of a lesson worth learning: Humanity can only survive by pulling together through...

As Kindness of the Heart expands its national presence, I find that there’s much less time to post. Plus, it’s really disheartening to see how so many inconsiderate people are putting all of us at a completely avoidable risk. So ashamed, but that hardly covers it. Your...

These posts (along with everything associated with Kindness of the Heart) are decidedly NOT political. However, we’re in trouble when our so-called Leaders in Fantasyland willingly ignore the deadly impact of hazardous realities. You know what’s really going on. Please...

Let the music keep our spirits high. A relevant line from Jackson Browne’s fantastic “Before the Deluge.” It’s completely on target about the need to stay positive as the COVID pendulum swings. A perfect lead-in to our Hope and Renewal video. Thanks for sharing its...

Don’t be fooled. We’re still battling the pandemic and wishing it away does no good. However, we’re also being tested. How caring are we? How selfish? How well do we respond to challenges? We’re being graded on a curve. It’s the one that shows how cases are rising...

Hot dogs, apple pie, and caring about others. All three should be All-American staples, but the first two get most of the publicity on Independence Day. Why don’t we hear about people who gorge on kindness instead of 76 hot dogs in 10 minutes? Don’t you think it’s...

Enjoy your connections! So do you feel more independent this weekend? A good thing indeed. Even better to examine what’s going on with an open mind and good judgement. Like treating folks kindly. When we’re guided by consideration for others, we’ll never go wrong. Pay...

Time for a reality check before we’re in a mess that a check can’t cover. Florida is still averaging more than 1,500 COVID cases per day, and the Delta variant is a wild card that looms large. It ain’t over, folks! PLEASE TAKE CARE & get vaxxed! Pay it forward and pass...
